Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered depending on the status of the order and whether the artwork has already been processed or dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are subject to the condition of the artwork, order status and the circumstances of the request.
Damaged Artwork
If an artwork is received damaged, please contact us promptly with clear photographs of the package and artwork. The matter will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution will be communicated.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns may not be accepted where an artwork has been damaged after delivery due to improper handling, installation or care.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or as otherwise communicated by Mugdha Arts.
